Established secure, compliant infrastructure for the distribution and sale of wholesale bulk product. High-quality primarily indoor flower with capacity across all varieties. Developed and managed the bulk sales program following a large expansion and increase in flower production volume. Managed KYC, client license use, track and trace, inventory reconciliation, financial compliance (internal and external), and all other compliance items related to the bulk program.
Created and managed the Nugg Club private label department from the ground up, using brand design capabilities and a strong supplier network. Navigated complex financial compliance (much of it cultivation tax related) to launch brands working entirely with third parties to source everything from biomass to production labor.
Generated, organized, and analyzed weekly reports packages including internal sales rep and item-based reports, menus, retail-specific growth tracking, and territory reporting for management and sales. Handled production forecasting, menu management, and inventory management.
Managed the company's highest-volume and highest-value accounts. Developed and maintained all necessary cross-departmental reporting and data analysis spanning sales, finance/accounting, and inventory used for product launches, production overhauls, and system changes.
