At Jushi Holdings, he ran commercial operations across 14 dispensaries in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Ohio, managing roughly $60 million in annual retail revenue and $55 million in purchasing. His work covered merchandising, buying, pricing, promotions, inventory strategy, product commercialization, and retail execution.
During Jushi's Ohio market expansion, he helped grow the footprint from one medical dispensary to seven dual-use locations, contributing to 132% year-over-year retail sales growth and 127% gross-profit growth. Before Jushi, he led purchasing at Trinity Compassionate Care Centers through Illinois's transition from medical to adult-use cannabis.
He now runs CCO Consulting, providing fractional commercial operations support to cannabis operators on assortment, vendor economics, inventory productivity, and promotional performance.
