Background

Jenny Germano has been in regulated cannabis since 2009. She started on the dispensary floor in Colorado's medical market and worked every role in a licensed facility before becoming COO of a vertically integrated, multi-million-dollar operation in Denver by 2014.

In 2015, she founded ICS Consulting Service, building a national compliance practice from that operating foundation. ICS provides fractional compliance, license application support, regulatory audits, operational readiness consulting, and training across 25+ U.S. and international markets. She also performs compliance audits for financial institutions serving the cannabis industry and recently expanded into THC beverage compliance and training.

Jenny serves on the boards of the Association for Cannabis Banking, the Cannabis Chamber of Commerce (Colorado region), and the Cannabis Hospitality Advisory Board at MSU Denver. She hosts the cannabis operations podcast Under The Microscope with Jenny.
