Selective. Human. PairOps is where experienced operators are seen, valued, and connected to opportunities worth showing up for.
A more selective layer for discovery, introductions, and the situations that matter most in cannabis.
What PairOps is built on
PairOps starts with the people doing the work, not a concept of what a network should be. What we believe shapes everything from how operators are seen to how companies find them.
Those who have run operations, absorbed the pressure, and owned the outcomes inside cannabis businesses.
The introduction isn't the point. What matters is the network that forms around people who have done the work and still want proximity to it.
Built around fit and the situations that carry weight. Not everyone is surfaced the same way, and that is the point.

When experienced people are easier to discover, evaluate, and engage, everyone benefits. Operators. Boards. Founders. Lenders. The whole industry.
Operators come here to be recognized and stay close to the industry. Companies come here because the access is better. What holds it all together is the network itself.
For the people who want to stay visible, relevant, and close to the work, without being reduced to a profile in a crowded feed.
Clients come here because the network is the asset. Better context from the start, with the depth to match the right people to the right situations.
PairOps isn't somewhere you visit only when you need something. It's a stronger professional orbit around the people, relationships, and opportunities that define cannabis.
Where experience is surfaced, understood, and actually seen.
The right network supports projects, transitions, private searches, and everything between job titles.
Over time, the network itself becomes a reason to stay close.
I'm Marlon Coburn. I've run cannabis operations as President and CEO through turnarounds, executive transitions, and the kind of distressed-asset work most operators end up navigating alone. I lead the way Phil Jackson, the Zen Master, coached: team-first, calm under pressure, focused on the long game.
What I kept noticing is that the best operators in cannabis are everywhere and nowhere at once. The ones with the most to offer are often the last to advertise it. Word of mouth and LinkedIn surface the loudest, not always the most capable, and many of the people actually running this industry have neither the time nor the temperament for self-promotion.
PairOps is the first verified network of cannabis operators. Not a directory, and not a recruiter. Built for the people running this industry: operators with the grit, judgment, and experience the work demands. A place where they can be seen on their own terms, and where companies can find them when the moment calls for it.
